Lupin and company plan to rob a bank, but not just any bank. This bank carries the "Prince of Oils" money and has extremely high security. Also, wheels on the bottom of the bank enable it to move, making it an unusually difficult task for Lupin. In order to get inside of the bank, they need to wait for the bank to stop moving.
