Japan Safety Promotion Co., Ltd. secretly owned the fragments while the "small house (Onakasuita)" owned multiple pieces and even possessed a device that could unlock the fragments. Only Honorary Chairman Jingo and Toriumi knew the storage location in order to prevent it from leaking to the outside, but there were people who were aiming for this fragment.
